HOSPITALITY INTERNSHIP PROGRAM (HIP)

This paid customised internship can be in one of three hospitality fields:
1. Food & Beverage
2. Front Office, or;
3. Food Production,
and placed in renowned hotels and resorts Australia wide.

  • 6, 9 or 12 months

  • 30 to 40 hours per week

  • Australia-wide (Flexibility required)

  • 4 months

  • Minimum AUD$22.00 per hour

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

FOOD & BEVERAGE AND FRONT OFFICE

AGE: Between 18 and 30

EDUCATION: Must have completed a full-time Hospitality Management tertiary course (minimum Diploma level)

ENGLISH: Upper intermediate to advanced

EXPERIENCE: At least 6 months of full time work experience in the selected internship department

STUDIES AND EXPERIENCE: Minimum 12 months full-time study related to hospitality obtained in the last 24 months at the time of visa lodgement

FOOD PRODUCTION / CULINARY

AGE: Between 18 and 30

EDUCATION: Must have completed a full-time Hospitality Management / Culinary Arts tertiary course (minimum Diploma level)

ENGLISH: Upper intermediate to advanced

EXPERIENCE: At least 6 months of full time work experience in the selected internship department

STUDIES AND EXPERIENCE: Minimum 12 months full-time work and/or study related to the nominated internship department obtained in the past 24 months at the time of visa lodgement
